Jerry Gane hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Isaac Nayely hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaac Nayely could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Gigel Tilea made a huge save. In the 31st minute Jerry Gane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Ixona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Steaua Bucuresti -MM- getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Nichifor Barbălată hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerry Gane in the 36th minute of play forced Estación Q.'s goalkeeper Ermegildo Ixona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute of the match Steaua Bucuresti -MM- got a corner. Estación Q.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jerry Gane ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jerry Gane got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ermegildo Ixona quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The attack was good, but when Nichifor Barbălată in the 38th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Gigel Tilea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Barros in the 43rd minute. Estación Q. were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niceto Gaizkine took the corner. Costel Năstase kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Isaac Nayely blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gigel Tilea having to make a save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Isaac Nayely made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Steaua Bucuresti -MM- getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Costel Năstase hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Vlas in the 54th minute of play forced Estación Q.'s goalkeeper Ermegildo Ixona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Estación Q. got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Remigio. 55 minutes into the match, Estación Q.'s goalkeeper Ermegildo Ixona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Vlas. Geronimo Remigio kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s zone, Benjamin Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigel Tilea came out of the goal and Benjamin Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Steaua Bucuresti -MM- booed when Estación Q. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Umbruso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerry Gane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ermegildo Ixona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Nichifor Barbălată was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Estación Q. the free kick. Nichifor Barbălată hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. If Isaac Nayely had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes Estación Q. got a freekick which was hit by Blas Umbruso. Edgar Vlas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ermegildo Ixona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerry Gane got free with Ermegildo Ixona in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Estación Q.'s Ermegildo Ixona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Gane in the 82nd minute of play. Ermegildo Ixona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Gane, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Amador Hever managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estación Q.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Hever was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gigel Tilea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ermegildo Ixona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Gane in the 89th minute of the match. After having played for 94 minutes, Isaac Nayely managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estación Q.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Nayely was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Steaua Bucuresti -MM-'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
