After 12 played minutes Verwachting got a freekick which was hit by Franck Bakhuis. 13 minutes into the match, Verwachting's goal looked a bit too open when Lior Mordechay came free, but Kees Veentjer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Caitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Kees Veentjer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Enrique Rioja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the game, Ruud Geels cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Aquiles Petrigai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 25 minutes into the game, Verwachting's Oscar Vaalman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aquiles Petrigai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 28th minute Theo Zoontjens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Petrigai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Dolar Blue Ψ defense, Ruud Geels kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquiles Petrigai. The Dolar Blue Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquiles Petrigai should have stopped the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Ruud Geels had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquiles Petrigai. Dolar Blue Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruud Geels was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Aquiles Petrigai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Vaalman, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 39th minute, Theo Zoontjens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Verwachting fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. A collision led to Dolar Blue Ψ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Kyle Walker hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Theo Zoontjens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dolar Blue Ψ's Aquiles Petrigai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Vaalman in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Oscar Vaalman made a precise shot to the right of Aquiles Petrigai. Dolar Blue Ψ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Aquiles Petrigai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Theo Zoontjens went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Aquiles Petrigai came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Verwachting's Ruud Geels. But to his dismay, Ruud Geels quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. Aquiles Petrigai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oscar Vaalman in the 68th minute. Henk-Jan Opdam hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Enrique Rioja hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After 72 played minutes Dolar Blue Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Amador Ponce. Theo Zoontjens succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-12 in the 76th playminute. Aquiles Petrigai made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Theo Zoontjens sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Dolar Blue Ψ getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Enrique Rioja hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Ruud Geels made a precise shot to the right of Aquiles Petrigai. Dolar Blue Ψ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-13. The supporters of Dolar Blue Ψ booed when Verwachting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franck Bakhuis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Ruud Geels notched a goal, 0-14, to the right of Dolar Blue Ψ's Aquiles Petrigai. Aquiles Petrigai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Han Ostermann kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Aquiles Petrigai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theo Zoontjens in the 93rd minute.
