BE COOL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clube Audax Metropolitano the free kick. A collision led to BE COOL getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Nikolas Charalambous hit a great ball. In the 6th minute of the match Clube Audax Metropolitano got a corner. BE COOL's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miguel Fontes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Miguel Fontes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BE COOL's Nikos Kyriakou did a great save. Falcão Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lambros Spetsarias in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Eustratios Psomiadis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BE COOL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clube Audax Metropolitano the free kick. After 11 played minutes BE COOL got a freekick which was hit by Eustratios Psomiadis. Nikos Kyriakou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Fontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo Maia in the 17th minute of play forced BE COOL's goalkeeper Nikos Kyriakou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eustratios Psomiadis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Falcão Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Lambros Spetsarias managed to get in a good position for a shot. BE COOL's supporters rose to their feet, but Lambros Spetsarias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Falcão Severo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Fontes struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Nikos Kyriakou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Clube Audax Metropolitano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germano Gerber in the 33rd minute of play forced BE COOL's goalkeeper Nikos Kyriakou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 38 minutes on the clock, Nikos Travezeas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Miguel Fontes did an outstanding performance 41 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-0 to the right of an irritated Nikos Kyriakou in the goal. Falcão Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lambros Spetsarias in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomás Borges to strike the kick off in the second half. Eustratios Psomiadis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Falcão Severo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. The supporters of BE COOL booed when Clube Audax Metropolitano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruninho Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. BE COOL's Nikos Kyriakou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Fontes in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, BE COOL's Andreas Papadaskalopoulos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Falcão Severo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Durvalino Neiva during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Sílvio Luís Pimenta sped through BE COOL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nikos Kyriakou. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustratios Psomiadis got free with Falcão Severo in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th play minute Eustratios Psomiadis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Falcão Severo. 2-1. 76 minutes into the game, Victor Mattos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nikos Kyriakou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th minute, Sotiris Dimitros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Sílvio Luís Pimenta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nikos Kyriakou was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. After 90 played minutes Clube Audax Metropolitano got a freekick which was hit by Hélio Loureiro. 92 minutes into the game, Hélio Loureiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clube Audax Metropolitano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BE COOL the free kick. After a rather tough play, Clube Audax Metropolitano's Hélio Loureiro got a free kick in the 92nd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Clube Audax Metropolitano had played much better football throughout.
