Mats Godholm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Iwo Japola made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Inge Gustafsson got free with Iwo Japola in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olov Groth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolek Jaworski in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Janusz Jucha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Groth was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 67 minutes into the game, Tolek Jaworski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Olov Groth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iwo Japola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Olov Groth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tolek Jaworski went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Lennart Svensson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iwo Japola firmly grabbed it by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Iwo Japola successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mats Godholm got free with Iwo Japola in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the match, Tolek Jaworski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olov Groth. FC Snipers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tolek Jaworski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0.
