But to his dismay, Golo Machinam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Filip Brytan's late challenge caught a FC Snipers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filip Brytan helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Westbam got a freekick which was hit by Filip Brytan. 10 minutes into the match, Westbam's goal looked a bit too open when Arman Bremming came free, but Gwidon Iwanowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Olofsson in the 14th minute of play forced Westbam's goalkeeper Gwidon Iwanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute of the match, Filip Brytan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emanuel Brandin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After taking down the ball on Westbam's corner Czeslaw Furgat fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emanuel Brandin quite easily take care of the ball.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Golo Machinam was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Westbam's goalkeeper Gwidon Iwanowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennart Svensson. In the 53rd minute, Westbam's Wincenty Oleszak seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Wincenty Oleszak the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Westbam protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Wincenty Oleszak had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 52nd minute, one of Westbam:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Westbam. Gwidon Iwanowski had in the 55thth minute some difficulties stopping Göran Olofsson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Cléberson Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Westbam's supporters rose to their feet, but Cléberson Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Brandin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gwidon Iwanowski made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Lennart Svensson sent off a good shot on target. Borys Smolarek hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Westbam's Damian Pordea got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 79th minute of the match, Greger Kullgren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gwidon Iwanowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gwidon Iwanowski made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Lennart Svensson sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Westbam's Damian Pordea got a free kick in the 84th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Ingvar Vedholm managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Snipers's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingvar Vedholm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwidon Iwanowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gwidon Iwanowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lennart Svensson in the 91st minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Westbam were victorious despite being under pressure from FC Snipers for much of the match.
