Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donat Collier started the match with the kick off. After 3rd play minutes Donat Collier shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Kevan Grange and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nova Soccer's zone, Wilfried Lépinay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vedillo Biosca came out of the goal and Wilfried Lépinay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustave Pierrel kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. A collision led to Nova Soccer getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Steve Hyuga hit a great ball. Vedillo Biosca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thierry Henri, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Les diables noirs's Kevan Grange got control of the ball when Piero Quispe tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ahmet Sedat Adar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Les diables noirs's Stéphane Cueille got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Steve Hyuga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kevan Grange. The goal made the score 2-1. Nova Soccer's Piero Quispe got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 29 minutes into the match, Thierry Henri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vedillo Biosca. Nova Soccer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thierry Henri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Les diables noirs's Kevan Grange played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Hyuga in the 32nd minute of play. Nova Soccer's Vedillo Biosca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfried Lépinay in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of Nova Soccer booed when Les diables noirs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eymeric Laguerre didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustave Pierrel to make the kick off. Piero Quispe's late challenge caught a Les diables noirs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Piero Quispe helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Nova Soccer got a freekick which was hit by Piero Quispe. Donat Collier scored 3-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevan Grange, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kevan Grange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donat Collier in the 59th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Wilfried Lépinay recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vedillo Biosca. Wilfried Lépinay showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. When Nova Soccer's Donat Collier in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Moïse Ganivet hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donat Collier in the 75th minute of play forced Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Kevan Grange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nova Soccer's Vedillo Biosca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Nova Soccer from getting a goal against them. Kevan Grange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donat Collier, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Donat Collier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kevan Grange was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. Kevan Grange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steve Hyuga in the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steve Hyuga in the 87th minute of play forced Les diables noirs's goalkeeper Kevan Grange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Sedat Adar struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Kevan Grange didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nova Soccer. After 91 minutes of play, Les diables noirs's Thierry Henri made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vedillo Biosca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
