When Rogelio Abel fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nacional Potosí's protests and gave Rogelio Abel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Nacional Potosí getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Rogelio Abel hit a great ball. Quirze Abello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Nistor Arjoca made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ángel Ortiz in the 18th minute of play forced -BZF- Petrolul Berca's goalkeeper Nistor Arjoca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nacional Potosí's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cordeara Abenda in the 19th minute. The corner ended in Cordeara Abenda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Nistor Arjoca did a great save. In the 21st minute Ángel Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nistor Arjoca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of -BZF- Petrolul Berca booed when Nacional Potosí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lapurdi Abendano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quirze Abello might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nistor Arjoca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Quirze Abello ran back to his position shaking his head. -BZF- Petrolul Berca's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Quirze Abello scored to the left of an out of position Nistor Arjoca, making the score, 2-1. Nistor Arjoca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Álvarez in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's goalkeeper Nistor Arjoca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Quirze Abello. In the 35th minute, Emilian Ciprian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliodor Rada hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Cordeara Abenda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Nacional Potosí fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Nacional Potosí's William Álvarez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nistor Arjoca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordeara Abenda in the 44th minute of the match. After 45 played minutes -BZF- Petrolul Berca got a freekick which was hit by Emilian Ciprian. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The supporters of Nacional Potosí booed when -BZF- Petrolul Berca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilian Ciprian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nistor Arjoca came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Nacional Potosí's Papo Abalos. But to his dismay, Papo Abalos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Isac Baldovin hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to -BZF- Petrolul Berca getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Eliodor Rada hit a great ball. When Nacional Potosí's William Álvarez in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye -BZF- Petrolul Berca's goalie prevented a goal. Nistor Arjoca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Quirze Abello went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute Nacional Potosí were awarded a corner. Cordeara Abenda went to the cornerflag to take it. Cordeara Abenda made a great header on Nacional Potosí's corner, it was just that -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Nistor Arjoca managed to reach the ball for a save. Nistor Arjoca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Álvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Quirze Abello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional Potosí's supporters rose to their feet, but Quirze Abello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nistor Arjoca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ángel Ortiz in the 71st minute of play forced -BZF- Petrolul Berca's goalkeeper Nistor Arjoca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nistor Arjoca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Álvarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 95th minute, William Álvarez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nistor Arjoca was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nacional Potosí fully deserved thier win.
