The referee showed Balázs Szabó the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sakálok's Balázs Szabó got a free kick in the 10th minute. Szabolcs Szélesi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edson Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 played minutes Sakálok got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Bencsik. Sakálok's Szabolcs Szélesi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Sakálok from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Chicão Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's supporters rose to their feet, but Chicão Guedes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Szabolcs Szélesi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. José Pedro Vides came free with the goalkeeper in the 21st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Szabolcs Szélesi could save by the left post. In the 24th minute Edson Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szabolcs Szélesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 minutes, Edson Araújo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sakálok's Szabolcs Szélesi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute, Gualter Maranhense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Szabolcs Szélesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno-Henrique Corsi in the 61st minute of play. Dé Souza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Holzhauser's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. José Pedro Vides recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's goal looked a bit too open when Zoltán Borsó came free, but Dé Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Holzhauser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szabolcs Szélesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno-Henrique Corsi in the 78th minute of play. Zoltán Borsó could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Dé Souza made a huge save. If Téo Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Dé Souza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG from getting a goal against them. After 89 played minutes Sakálok got a freekick which was hit by Ádám Gere. Szabolcs Szélesi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edson Araújo in the 90th minute of the match. Balázs Szabó got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Sakálok's Balázs Szabó got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sakálok's goalkeeper Szabolcs Szélesi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sakálok players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG.
