Elder Lago was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Mamat Marasabessy capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mamat Marasabessy really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Marco Leoni came free, but Elder Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Elder Lago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- from getting a goal against them. Elder Lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Chumo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 played minutes LA MAQUINA F.C got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Gregory. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Teixeira in the 17th minute of play forced LA MAQUINA F.C's goalkeeper Bernardino Beltran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elder Lago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonardo Chumo in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Mamat Marasabessy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elder Lago was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Elder Lago didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Leoni went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zézinho de Salles during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Washington Meira hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, LA MAQUINA F.C's Godfredo Dantae got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 39th minute Leonardo Chumo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mamat Marasabessy to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonardo Chumo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Elder Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mamat Marasabessy in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, LA MAQUINA F.C's Leonardo Chumo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elder Lago made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Elder Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Leoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Elder Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Leoni in the 57th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Mamat Marasabessy put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Elder Lago. Bernardino Beltran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedê de Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elder Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Leoni in the 73rd minute of the match. When Marco Leoni came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the LA MAQUINA F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Leoni couldn't finish the play. After 80 minutes of play, LA MAQUINA F.C's Basilio Azevedo made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Elder Lago was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Mamat Marasabessy in the 87th minute of play forced Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Elder Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marco Leoni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Washington Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Leoni kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LA MAQUINA F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
