Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Guilherme Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorian Freitas in the 4th minute of play. Dorian Freitas took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guilherme Duarte. Guilherme Duarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ricardinho Godoi took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guilherme Duarte. When Oswaldo Moura fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jukatriz's protests and gave Oswaldo Moura a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- booed when Jukatriz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oswaldo Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sidnei Teixeira was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Elder Lago made a precise shot to the right of Vito Velloso. Jukatriz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian Freitas in the 56th minute of play forced Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Guilherme Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guilherme Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorian Freitas in the 61st minute of the match. Jukatriz's Oswaldo Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gualter Queirós fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Guilherme Duarte made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Ricardinho Godoi sent off a good shot on target. Sidnei Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricardinho Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Josué de Salles hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Gil Hoffmann missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 79 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Vito Velloso right hand side. Guilherme Duarte was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dorian Freitas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 85 minute of play. Ricardinho Godoi might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guilherme Duarte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardinho Godoi ran back to his position shaking his head. Gualter Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jukatriz had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
