Club Atlético Temperley's Claudio Frances played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Maranhense in the 5th minute of play. After some careless play in the Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER defense, Leo Viator kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ademir Mello. The Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ademir Mello should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Leo Viator's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ademir Mello was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 11thth minute of the game Leo Viator who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Ademir Mello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Claudio Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davi Leite in the 12th minute of play. Davi Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Claudio Frances made a huge save. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Ademir Mello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Viator in the 15th minute of play. Claudio Frances didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcel Falcão went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 20th minute, Ulises Lartaun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atlético Temperley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Ademir Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Viator, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Ademir Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Viator, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Viator came free, but Ademir Mello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ademir Mello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 46th minute Teobaldo Ignatius suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Davi Leite during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Club Atlético Temperley made a substitution. Antonio Todor replaced Teobaldo Ignatius. After a defensive mix-up in Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's zone, Ulises Lartaun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ademir Mello came out of the goal and Ulises Lartaun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Club Atlético Temperley were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Davi Leite stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Francisco Vincente kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ademir Mello. That made the score 1-5 in the 57 minute of play. A collision led to Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Marcel Falcão hit a great ball. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's goalkeeper Ademir Mello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ademir Mello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leo Viator went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Ulises Lartaun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ademir Mello was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Viator in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ademir Mello saved Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER from getting behind. The Club Atlético Temperley fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Club Atlético Temperley's Ulises Lartaun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With 80 minutes on the clock, Antonio Todor commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Atlético Temperley fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER. Dário do Valle stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Claudio Frances. 2-8. When Club Atlético Temperley's Leo Viator in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's goalie prevented a goal. Ademir Mello made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Leo Viator sent off a good shot on target. Club Atlético Temperley played a much better game than Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER and deserved their victory. The Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
