After 7 minutes, Romeo Urtungo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético Temperley's Claudio Frances tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Salim Adas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute Ulises Lartaun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salim Adas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, De Boedo Vengo's Gino Custódio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudio Frances made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 18th minute, Fulgencio Lalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudio Frances was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 20thth minute of the game Gino Custódio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Temperley's Claudio Frances was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Gino Custódio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Frances was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Leo Viator sped through De Boedo Vengo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Salim Adas. Claudio Frances took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Urtungo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 35 minutes, Ulises Lartaun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Temperley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulises Lartaun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Urtungo in the 44th minute of play forced Club Atlético Temperley's goalkeeper Claudio Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teobaldo Ignatius thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Claudio Frances, a very annoying self made goal in the 46th minute which led to 1-4. After the first half De Boedo Vengo were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gino Custódio to make the kick off. When Club Atlético Temperley's Leo Viator in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. De Boedo Vengo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. Claudio Frances was a little too slow when Gino Custódio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 2-5. In the 75thth minute of the game Leo Viator who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Boedo Vengo's Salim Adas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Claudio Frances took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Jaunzuria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atlético Temperley's Claudio Frances proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Temperley from getting a goal against them. Salim Adas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Lartaun in the 81st minute of play. Ulises Lartaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atlético Temperley's Claudio Frances proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Temperley from getting a goal against them. 87 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Viator came free, but Salim Adas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Jaunzuria got free with Claudio Frances in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fulgencio Lalla took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudio Frances. Claudio Frances dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. The Club Atlético Temperley supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching De Boedo Vengo's performance. The match ended with a win for De Boedo Vengo.
