Spectators: 7522 (Terracing: 5642, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gabriel Garaile started the match with the kick off. Genaro Osoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ordono Abaurre in the 5th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Gonzalo-Martin Facon got a free kick in the 8th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ordono Abaurre in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Genaro Osoro saved Mapovihesa FC from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Mapovihesa FC's Severiano Herena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Israel Peña. Israel Peña yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Felipo came free, but Israel Peña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 played minutes Pepsi Fuchibol Clu got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Abaurre. In the 26thth minute of the game Jorge Abar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mapovihesa FC's Genaro Osoro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th match minute, Mapovihesa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Geleberto to maneuver through the defense. If Ordono Abaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ordono Abaurre in the 30th minute of play forced Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper Genaro Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelino Ubarna's late challenge caught a Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelino Ubarna helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ordono Abaurre in the 33rd minute of play forced Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper Genaro Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Ordono Abaurre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Genaro Osoro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With 44 minutes on the clock, Marcelino Ubarna commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Marcelino Ubarna hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Velasco made a kick off. A collision led to Pepsi Fuchibol Clu getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Ordono Abaurre hit a great ball. 51 minutes into the game, Mapovihesa FC's Gabriel Garaile nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Israel Peña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Israel Peña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Felipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With an all-out effort, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Genaro Osoro threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ordono Abaurre, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hilario Olo charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hilario Olo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mapovihesa FC made a substitution. Jesus Odilon replaced Severiano Herena. Mapovihesa FC's Paulino Paez was substituted for Marciano Suero. After a rather tough play, Mapovihesa FC's Hilario Olo got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 74th minute, Modesto Felipo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Genaro Osoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Abecia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Leonardo Velasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Genaro Osoro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 88 minutes, Timoteo Geleberto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mapovihesa FC and the Pepsi Fuchibol Clu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Timoteo Geleberto hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Genaro Osoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Velasco in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Pepsi Fuchibol Clu booed when Mapovihesa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Odilon didn't get a good kick on the ball.
