The Pepsi Fuchibol Clu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre City's goal looked a bit too open when Ordono Abaurre came free, but Claudio Senio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Aldo Qwinton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villa Mitre City's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Qwinton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Israel Peña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Villa Mitre City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldo Qwinton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hugo Medardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Matias Corral came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Villa Mitre City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matias Corral couldn't finish the play. Dolcet Abancens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Claudio Senio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that César Melgarejo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Senio was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Villa Mitre City's Claudio Senio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Melgarejo in the 73rd minute of play. The corner led Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Ferdinand Abajas to fire away a dangerous shot which Claudio Senio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. César Melgarejo scored 0-3 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudio Senio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 96 minutes into the game, when Geronimo Beti put in a rough tackle. 96 minutes into the game, one of Villa Mitre City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Claudio Senio, was totally fooled by Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Ferdinand Abajas, who 98 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
