Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Florin Panțâru took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lorenzo Cartagena was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 6 minutes into the match. After 6 played minutes Los Patanes got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cartagena. Ergün Gazzali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armin Scotti in the 7th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Amedeo Orioli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ergün Gazzali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Iacovella, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute of the match Carloforte f.c. got a corner. Los Patanes's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Armin Scotti ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Carloforte f.c.'s corner Armin Scotti fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ergün Gazzali quite easily take care of the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Arturo De Vito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Patanes's Ergün Gazzali was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Beppe Savoia came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Patanes's Florin Panțâru. But to his dismay, Florin Panțâru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Arturo De Vito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Carloforte f.c.'s Beppe Savoia got control of the ball when Florin Panțâru tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessandro Iacovella in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ergün Gazzali prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Los Patanes getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Saturnino Osoro hit a great ball. The Carloforte f.c. fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Carloforte f.c.'s Arturo De Vito looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arturo De Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ergün Gazzali having to interfere. Ergün Gazzali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Iacovella in the 44th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Florin Panțâru in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beppe Savoia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 48 minutes into the match, Los Patanes's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Iacovella came free, but Ergün Gazzali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo De Vito to strike the kick off in the second half. Alessandro Iacovella took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ergün Gazzali. Ergün Gazzali dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 59th minute of the match Serafino Lehior sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Beppe Savoia skillfully saved the ball. Los Patanes's Ergün Gazzali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Iacovella in the 60th minute of play. Arturo De Vito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ergün Gazzali made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Carloforte f.c.'s Alessandro Angelucci got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Dante Maties kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Arturo De Vito's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Ergün Gazzali skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Saturnino Osoro kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Ergün Gazzali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Iacovella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Los Patanes's Dante Maties got a free kick in the 81st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florin Panțâru in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beppe Savoia saved Carloforte f.c. from getting behind. Ergün Gazzali made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arturo De Vito in the 85th minute. Ergün Gazzali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Iacovella in the 87th minute of the match. Arturo De Vito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Ergün Gazzali made a huge save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Carloforte f.c. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
