IFK Fölet's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 4th minute, Jonas Geofredo made a precise shot to the right of Resul Yalın. Gold Raiders FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Jonas Geofredo could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Resul Yalın however easily saved by the left post. In the 16th minute, Jonas Geofredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, IFK Fölet's Börje Ahlfors got a free kick in the 20th minute. Arif Erdem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars-Erik Hylander having to interfere. Resul Yalın made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Edvard Pilgren sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute Edvard Pilgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Resul Yalın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute of the match IFK Fölet got a corner. Gold Raiders FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ove Mellberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. IFK Fölet's Ove Mellberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Resul Yalın in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Faruk Ceyhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Resul Yalın made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Edvard Pilgren sent off a good shot on target. Resul Yalın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvard Pilgren in the 40th minute of the match. Jonas Geofredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Resul Yalın read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Faruk Ceyhan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lars-Erik Hylander was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
Atabek Abide hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Resul Yalın took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Geofredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Joachim Wennerquist fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored IFK Fölet's protests and gave Joachim Wennerquist a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes IFK Fölet got a freekick which was hit by Joachim Wennerquist. A hard shot 61 in the game by Faruk Ceyhan from a close distance when the talented Lars-Erik Hylander managed to make a qualified save. IFK Fölet's players were relieved. Resul Yalın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Geofredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Gold Raiders FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Refik Halit Tunçboğa hit a great ball. Naci Tayfun hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Ove Mellberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Arif Erdem's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars-Erik Hylander was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 85th minute Edvard Pilgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Resul Yalın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faruk Ceyhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Lars-Erik Hylander made a huge save. Resul Yalın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Geofredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in 毛光风 heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Edvard Pilgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Resul Yalın having to interfere. The supporters of Gold Raiders FC booed when IFK Fölet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Mellberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. IFK Fölet's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
