Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nelsinho Prata kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Potencial Desperdiciado F's goalkeeper Radu Proca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute of the match Flamengo CIMZ got a corner. Potencial Desperdiciado F's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dráuzio da Cunha ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Dráuzio da Cunha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Potencial Desperdiciado F's Radu Proca did a great save. In the 9th minute, Delfim Mello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisão Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Ganix in the 9th minute of play. Hugo Ganixs short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Luisão Sabóia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Germano de Sousa in the 14th minute of play forced Potencial Desperdiciado F's goalkeeper Radu Proca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radu Proca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Félix in the 18th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Clóvis Félix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radu Proca was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Flamengo CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Iraido Treviño came free, but Luisão Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 played minutes Flamengo CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Mello. In the 24th minute, Einar Sävström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luisão Sabóia. The goal made the score 1-1. Ramón Pirani hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Luisão Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iraido Treviño, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Flamengo CIMZ's Luisão Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iraido Treviño in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Iraido Treviño cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Luisão Sabóia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Germano de Sousa charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Germano de Sousa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 37th match minute, Flamengo CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano de Sousa to maneuver through the defense. Luisão Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iraido Treviño in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Flamengo CIMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hugo Ganix was slow to take the kick. During this time Potencial Desperdiciado F's players had a chance to rest. Luisão Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iraido Treviño in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iraido Treviño to make the kick off. Nelsinho Prata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute Iraido Treviño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisão Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Flamengo CIMZ's zone, Hugo Ganix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisão Sabóia came out of the goal and Hugo Ganix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Hugo Ganix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 minutes of play, Potencial Desperdiciado F's Iraido Treviño made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisão Sabóia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nelsinho Prata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radu Proca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Flamengo CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Iraido Treviño came free, but Luisão Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nelsinho Prata fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flamengo CIMZ's protests and gave Nelsinho Prata a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Flamengo CIMZ's Nelsinho Prata got a free kick in the 79th minute. The Potencial Desperdiciado F fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Potencial Desperdiciado F's Iraido Treviño looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luisão Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iraido Treviño, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Angelo Frans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Potencial Desperdiciado F's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Frans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luisão Sabóia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flamengo CIMZ's Delfim Mello shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 93rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Radu Proca but with some difficulty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Einar Sävström in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luisão Sabóia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Potencial Desperdiciado F were the better team. Potencial Desperdiciado F's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
