Gold Raiders FC's Ahmet Hasan Tanju got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Cafu Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flamengo CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Cafu Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Resul Yalın breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luisão Sabóia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Faruk Ceyhan's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. A collision led to Flamengo CIMZ getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Germano de Sousa hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Germano de Sousa fired away a free kick at goal. In the 25th minute Baturhan Erozan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisão Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Faruk Ceyhan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luisão Sabóia. Flamengo CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faruk Ceyhan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Gold Raiders FC's Resul Yalın proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Gold Raiders FC from getting a goal against them. Luisão Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Hasan Tanju in the 48th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frédson Couto to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faruk Ceyhan got free with Luisão Sabóia in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frédson Couto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Resul Yalın read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. A hard shot 67 in the game by Faruk Ceyhan from a close distance when the talented Luisão Sabóia managed to make a qualified save. Flamengo CIMZ's players were relieved. In the 81st minute, Frédson Couto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Luisão Sabóia managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Gold Raiders FC's Faruk Ceyhan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Faruk Ceyhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Luisão Sabóia made a huge save. The Flamengo CIMZ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gold Raiders FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
