The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hélder de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Laguna Sunrise FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Don Blanco was slow to take the kick. During this time CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's players had a chance to rest. Emílio Peres made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Tony Montana sent off a good shot on target. Alton Brutov charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alton Brutov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alton Brutov kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After having played for 18 minutes, Paulinho Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laguna Sunrise FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulinho Hoffmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tony Montana who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Emílio Peres when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Roberto Fonda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reinaldo da Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Tony Montana looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 1-2 became the score in the 31st minute when Reinaldo da Costa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Tony Montana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Peres having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Reinaldo da Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laguna Sunrise FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Roberto Fonda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinaldo da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Laguna Sunrise FC were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulinho Hoffmann took the corner. Roberto Fonda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulinho Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaltino Luz charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a little luck, CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Roberto Fonda got control of the ball when Reinaldo da Costa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emílio Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Montana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Tony Montana put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Emílio Peres. 92 minutes into the match, Laguna Sunrise FC's Reinaldo da Costa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roberto Fonda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anísio Cordeiro's late challenge caught a CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anísio Cordeiro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Laguna Sunrise FC's Anísio Cordeiro got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Laguna Sunrise FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's much stronger midfield.
