The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but József Bozsik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bátor Tigris's late challenge caught a Floripa Lions FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bátor Tigris helped the player get up and apologised. Thomás Gaspar hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Sándor Czakó hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. József Bozsik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Batista in the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Nimród Vadász dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Evaristo Siqueira, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Floripa Lions FSCMZ's Hélder Prestes got a free kick in the 17th minute. After having played for 20 minutes, Benedek Soós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vérsárkány SE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedek Soós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Vérsárkány SE's György Pataky slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evaristo Siqueira. That made the score 3-0 after 30 minutes of play. In the 33rd minute, Sándor Czakó got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute, Aladár Fenyvesi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Luciano Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floripa Lions FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. József Bozsik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luciano Batista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without József Bozsik having to make a save. Benedek Soós kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luciano Batista to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Floripa Lions FSCMZ's zone, Bátor Tigris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Siqueira came out of the goal and Bátor Tigris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Vérsárkány SE's József Bozsik got control of the ball when Luciano Batista tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 59 played minutes Vérsárkány SE got a freekick which was hit by Nimród Vadász. Raúl Guimarães took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for József Bozsik. Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Vérsárkány SE's József Bozsik got control of the ball when Pedrão Paranaense tried to sneak it across the goal line. József Bozsik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Batista in the 68th minute. Without hesitation aimed to the right of József Bozsik, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. József Bozsik was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Natã Rossi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 87 minute of play.
