An unexpectedly hard shot by Božidar Đugum in the 10th minute of play forced Burnley FC's goalkeeper Dave Falcioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dave Falcioni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oto Štefan, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Božidar Đugum had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dave Falcioni. When Enzo Proietti got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Burnley FC. After some careless play in the Burnley FC defense, Oto Štefan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dave Falcioni. The Burnley FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dave Falcioni should have stopped the shot. Enzo Proietti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Božidar Đugum scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dave Falcioni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Božidar Đugum to make the kick off. Fabiano De Bonis's late challenge caught a Crni Tigrovi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabiano De Bonis helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Burnley FC's Marek Czempa got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Dave Falcioni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damir Vučić went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Crni Tigrovi's Božidar Đugum got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, Damir Vučić notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Burnley FC's Dave Falcioni. Dave Falcioni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dave Falcioni made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Damir Vučić sent off a good shot on target. Dave Falcioni came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Crni Tigrovi's Leopold Salzer. But to his dismay, Leopold Salzer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Dave Falcioni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Božidar Đugum, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Crni Tigrovi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
