Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Fredriksson in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Umberto França prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the match, Caskinha Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Nordström came free, but Umberto França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Nordström in the 10th minute of play forced Caskinha Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Umberto França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Delfim Capixaba hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute Jonas Nordström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Caskinha Esporte Clube booed when spikarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Strömbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Strömbom might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Umberto França. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tommy Strömbom ran back to his position shaking his head. 43 minutes into the game, spikarna's Jonas Nordström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Umberto França made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Umberto França took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Tönnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Nordström made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kauã Silva during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Caskinha Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kauã Silva to maneuver through the defense. Jonas Nordström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Umberto França when he managed to save the team from getting behind. spikarna's Jim Tönnberg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Umberto França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Strömbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Celso Perez's late challenge caught a spikarna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celso Perez helped the player get up and apologised. Celso Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Jonas Nordström notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Caskinha Esporte Clube's Umberto França. Umberto França was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Jim Tönnberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Umberto França. That made the score 0-12 in the 94 minute of play.
