An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Aimar in the 23rd minute of play forced Viento Norte FC's goalkeeper David Sendoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute chacarita juniors were awarded a corner. Victor Aurre went to the cornerflag to take it. Esteve Tiso tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired David Sendoa. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 31st minute. Jimeno Aimar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Victor Aurre came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the chacarita juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Aurre couldn't finish the play. David Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Aurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. David Sendoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nestor Abilio's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The Viento Norte FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. chacarita juniors were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santo Cutberto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Nestor Abilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Sendoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Viento Norte FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ricardo Ciceron hit a great ball. David Sendoa made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Jimeno Aimar sent off a good shot on target. Nestor Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Sendoa having to interfere. Viento Norte FC's David Sendoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Viento Norte FC from getting a goal against them. Jimeno Aimar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. David Sendoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Santo Cutberto fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viento Norte FC's protests and gave Santo Cutberto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd match minute, Viento Norte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Cutberto to maneuver through the defense. David Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Abilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 90 minutes into the game, Jimeno Aimar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of David Sendoa. The supporters of chacarita juniors booed when Viento Norte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Cutberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. chacarita juniors played a much better game than Viento Norte FC and deserved their victory. The Viento Norte FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
