In the 7th minute, Cleiton Furtado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fernando Gartxot. The goal made the score 2-0. With a little luck, Pink Floyd's Fernando Gartxot got control of the ball when Diguinho de Godoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Diguinho de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diguinho de Godoi took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Gartxot. Fernando Gartxot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 19 minutes into the game, Diguinho de Godoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Fernando Gartxot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute of the match, Cleiton Furtado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernando Gartxot saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fernando Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diguinho de Godoi in the 27th minute of play. Fernando Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, FC Barrera 2.0's Valério Xavier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernando Gartxot. Fernando Gartxot yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. In the 36th minute, Cristobal Lizer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 37 in the game by Diguinho de Godoi from a close distance when the talented Fernando Gartxot managed to make a qualified save. Pink Floyd's players were relieved. Gerson Berger received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fernando Gartxot came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerson Berger slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 40th minute. Fernando Gartxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleiton Furtado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Fernando Gartxot made a huge save. 47 minutes into the game, Gildo Novaes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Barrera 2.0's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pink Floyd the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Barrera 2.0's Gildo Novaes got a free kick in the 47th minute. After 48 played minutes, Pink Floyd's Cristobal Lizer shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Betão Paulista came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pink Floyd reached it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.
Mazinho Mattos hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, FC Barrera 2.0's Gerson Berger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Gartxot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Fernando Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleiton Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After some careless play in the Pink Floyd defense, Gerson Berger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Gartxot. The Pink Floyd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Gartxot should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Pink Floyd's zone, Gerson Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Gartxot came out of the goal and Gerson Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 70 minutes into the game, FC Barrera 2.0's Valério Xavier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Gartxot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. After some careless play in the Pink Floyd defense, Valério Xavier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernando Gartxot. The Pink Floyd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernando Gartxot should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute, Diguinho de Godoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Gartxot was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. Fernando Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Gerson Berger scored 15-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Gartxot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Pink Floyd's Aaron Jon got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the FC Barrera 2.0 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
