With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godofredo Benitez in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão Paulista saved FC Barrera 2.0 from getting behind. When Santo Cutberto came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Viento Norte FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santo Cutberto couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diguinho de Godoi got free with David Sendoa in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diguinho de Godoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but David Sendoa made a huge save. In the 40th minute Valério Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Sendoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Valério Xavier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Sendoa. Viento Norte FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valério Xavier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 47 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Cutberto came free, but Betão Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Godofredo Benitez made the kick off in the second half. David Sendoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valério Xavier in the 52nd minute of the match. Betão Paulista was a little too slow when Jairo Vergaray got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 5-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Barrera 2.0 had played much better football throughout.
