An unexpectedly hard shot by Davie McWhirter in the 7th minute of play forced Toni Kroos MGZ™'s goalkeeper Tomás Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Gavião Kyikatejê booed when Toni Kroos MGZ™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Paraíba didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Toni Kroos MGZ™'s Roberto Bittencourt in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gavião Kyikatejê's goalie prevented a goal. Tomás Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davie McWhirter in the 27th minute of play. Nico Godoi's late challenge caught a Gavião Kyikatejê's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nico Godoi helped the player get up and apologised. Nico Godoi hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Tomás Arósio came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Gavião Kyikatejê's John McInroy. But to his dismay, John McInroy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, John McInroy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gavião Kyikatejê's supporters rose to their feet, but John McInroy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Arósio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute John McInroy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Terence Douglas hit a great ball. 46 minutes in the game Roberto Bittencourt got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. John McInroy was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st play minute John McInroy came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tomás Arósio. 0-4. John McInroy in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tomás Arósio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. John McInroy had several of the Toni Kroos MGZ™'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Tomás Arósio as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by John McInroy in the 60th minute of play forced Toni Kroos MGZ™'s goalkeeper Tomás Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John McInroy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulão Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, Gavião Kyikatejê was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irvin McKieson to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Toni Kroos MGZ™'s Roberto Bittencourt broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some careless play in the Toni Kroos MGZ™ defense, John McInroy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomás Arósio. The Toni Kroos MGZ™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomás Arósio should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, John McInroy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gavião Kyikatejê's supporters rose to their feet, but John McInroy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Arósio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. John McInroy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tomás Arósio came out and tried to block the shot, but John McInroy slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 81st minute. Irvin McKieson hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Tomás Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John McInroy, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Nico Godoi was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Nico Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over Gavião Kyikatejê could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Toni Kroos MGZ™ throughout the match.
