In the 17th minute Steffen Hemelaers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gernando Paes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Gernando Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steffen Hemelaers in the 21st minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Albertinho Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Putin Club - OFF the free kick. If Remigio Salomone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Putin Club - OFF's Steffen Hemelaers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gernando Paes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gernando Paes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steffen Hemelaers in the 30th minute of play. Reynaldo Enekoitz hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. A collision led to Nas Horas Vagas F.C getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Luís Gustavo Pimenta hit a great ball. After 35 minutes, Remigio Salomone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Putin Club - OFF and the Nas Horas Vagas F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Putin Club - OFF getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Remigio Salomone hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigio Salomone in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gernando Paes saved Nas Horas Vagas F.C from getting behind. Remigio Salomone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gernando Paes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Steffen Hemelaers came free, but Gernando Paes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deivid Lopes got a throw-in 46 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Luís Gustavo Pimenta.

Gernando Paes came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Putin Club - OFF's Steffen Hemelaers. But to his dismay, Steffen Hemelaers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Remigio Salomone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remigio Salomone succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Putin Club - OFF's Severo Roderigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Gustavo Pimenta in the 73rd minute of play. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Gernando Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steffen Hemelaers in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Putin Club - OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Reginaldo Fernandez came free, but Severo Roderigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Putin Club - OFF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
