Spectators: 7448 (Terracing: 5587, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Villu Idavain kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Gyál United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Maarek Poltimäe fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Vajda in the 6th minute of play forced FC Kopli's goalkeeper Ulryk Marczyniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferenc Vass in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulryk Marczyniec saved FC Kopli from getting behind. Villu Idavain might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over István Földes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Villu Idavain ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to FC Kopli getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Reino Narusson hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Gyál United's zone, Maarek Poltimäe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. István Földes came out of the goal and Maarek Poltimäe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Villu Idavain took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for István Földes to make any attempt to save it. 27 minutes into the match, FC Kopli's Villu Idavain sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that István Földes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, FC Kopli's István Földes threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Villu Idavain, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Villu Idavain might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over István Földes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Villu Idavain ran back to his position shaking his head. Gyál United's István Földes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Gyál United from getting a goal against them. István Földes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Villu Idavain showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 44 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ferenc Vass to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Gyál United getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ferenc Boros hit a great ball. FC Kopli's Pavel Are quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ferenc Boros, made in the 67th minute of the game. The supporters of Gyál United booed when FC Kopli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urmet Kapten didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Vass in the 70th minute of play forced FC Kopli's goalkeeper Ulryk Marczyniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. István Földes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Villu Idavain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. István Földes came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kopli's Reino Narusson. But to his dismay, Reino Narusson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 92 minutes into the game, Lennart Laaser was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Kopli's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gyál United the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of FC Kopli:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gyál United:s goal. FC Kopli's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
