An unexpectedly hard shot by Miki Byklint in the 3rd minute of play forced Ssc Napoli's goalkeeper Silvester Pamplin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miki Byklint scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvester Pamplin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 6 minutes into the game, Volmer Frimand cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Silvester Pamplin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Darren Huckerby charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Darren Huckerby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ssc Napoli getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Darren Huckerby hit a great ball. After 13 minutes of play, Sletteenge's Volmer Frimand made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvester Pamplin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ralph Nielans scored 0-4 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvester Pamplin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Ssc Napoli's zone, Virgil Jellingdal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvester Pamplin came out of the goal and Virgil Jellingdal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, Ssc Napoli's goal looked a bit too open when Volmer Frimand came free, but Silvester Pamplin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Heeris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristopher Pickford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Sletteenge booed when Ssc Napoli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristopher Langston didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Sletteenge's Virgil Jellingdal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvester Pamplin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. When Ralph Nielans came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Sletteenge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ralph Nielans couldn't finish the play. Ssc Napoli's Silvester Pamplin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Jellingdal in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sletteenge's Gunner Tesgaard got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Sletteenge were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antony Patterson made a kick off. Silvester Pamplin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Nielans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ssc Napoli's Kristopher Langston got a free kick in the 55th minute. A collision led to Ssc Napoli getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Rowan Knowles hit a great ball. Miki Byklint could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Silvester Pamplin made a huge save. Silvester Pamplin made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Virgil Jellingdal sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, Ssc Napoli's goalkeeper Silvester Pamplin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgil Jellingdal. Silvester Pamplin was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Volmer Frimand capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Volmer Frimand really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Volmer Frimand took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Silvester Pamplin to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Volmer Frimand got free with Silvester Pamplin in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 80 minutes of play, Sletteenge's Virgil Jellingdal made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvester Pamplin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd minute, Ralph Nielans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
