Cipriano Martino kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. A collision led to Bancruz F.C getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Carlos Gehl hit a great ball. Bancruz F.C's Inocencio Astigar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Palben in the 5th minute of play. Flavio Urbez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Astigar having to interfere. After having played for 11 minutes, Humberto Rodas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bancruz F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Rodas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Raimundo Mannuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Edgardo Kinsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Humberto Rodas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Edgardo Kinsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timoteo Jaume sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Inocencio Astigar managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Camilo Palben fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Inocencio Astigar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camilo Palben in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Mannuel in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Kinsen saved Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ from getting behind. 28 minutes into the game, Humberto Rodas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bancruz F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ the free kick. The supporters of Bancruz F.C booed when Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Marcones didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute of the match Bancruz F.C got a corner. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Horacio Neron ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Bancruz F.C's Humberto Rodas to fire away a dangerous shot which Edgardo Kinsen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Mannuel in the 40th minute of play forced Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Edgardo Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvestre Marcones during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Marcones. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Camilo Palben to strike the kick off in the second half. Silvano Ixaka kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Edgardo Kinsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Raimundo Mannuel struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Edgardo Kinsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bancruz F.C. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Maiorga in the 84th minute of play forced Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Edgardo Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Raimundo Mannuel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgardo Kinsen was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game.
