Falcão Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Nordström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Samuelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st play minute Alex Nordström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Falcão Monteiro. 4-0. Alex Nordström scored 6-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Falcão Monteiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Axel Samuelsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Falcão Monteiro was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

51 minutes into the game, Nils-Erik Gustafsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golden Lions FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TIMETER EC -DMZ- the free kick.
