Csanád Sipos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Roger de Souza made a huge save. In the 6th minute, Clemente Teles made a precise shot to the right of Özdemir Babayiğit. Szajk LC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 8th minute, Csanád Sipos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szajk LC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ! When the match had been going on for 14 minutes, Szajk LC's Lajos Szuper got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Roger de Souza. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Miklós Bogdán took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Roger de Souza to make any attempt to save it. Siniša Mihajlović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Roger de Souza made a huge save. After 25 played minutes Szajk LC got a freekick which was hit by Siniša Mihajlović. Özdemir Babayiğit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Barros in the 30th minute of play. Clemente Teles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Özdemir Babayiğit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Szajk LC's Özdemir Babayiğit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Barros in the 33rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Szajk LC's Miklós Bogdán dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

56 minutes into the match, Siniša Mihajlović notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Roger de Souza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miklós Bogdán in the 73rd minute of play forced Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalkeeper Roger de Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Szajk LC's Csanád Sipos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roger de Souza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Miklós Bogdán took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roger de Souza. Roger de Souza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. 81 minutes into the game, Szajk LC's Csanád Sipos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roger de Souza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. 84 minutes into the match, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Siniša Mihajlović came free, but Roger de Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Siniša Mihajlović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Szajk LC's Siniša Mihajlović got a free kick in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Szajk LC had played much better football throughout.
