Arnaldo Rufio started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Berdaitz in the 4th minute of play forced Gunnarsbyn's goalkeeper Sören Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sören Termander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Berdaitz in the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Hans Vanacker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brujas KV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Atauri in the 14th minute of play forced Gunnarsbyn's goalkeeper Sören Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sören Termander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximo Atauri went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 21st minute, Arnaldo Rufio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Sören Termander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Berdaitz in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sören Termander saved Gunnarsbyn from getting behind. Sören Termander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Vanacker, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Sören Termander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Atauri in the 28th minute of play. Gunnarsbyn's Sören Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Atauri in the 30th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Rufio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sören Termander. Gunnarsbyn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Rufio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Atauri in the 37th minute of play forced Gunnarsbyn's goalkeeper Sören Termander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gustav Eklund fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gunnarsbyn's protests and gave Gustav Eklund a yellow card for diving instead. Faustino Gurutz kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brujas KV's goalkeeper Rodrigo Enol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gustav Eklund was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Arnaldo Rufio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Termander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sören Termander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 62nd minute, Roman Berdaitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brujas KV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Sören Termander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Atauri in the 67th minute of the match. Sören Termander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Rufio in the 69th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 70 minutes into the game, when Eddie Dahlquist put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Gunnarsbyn:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brujas KV:s goal. In the 76th minute, Arnaldo Rufio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brujas KV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. If Arnaldo Rufio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Urban Ahlberg's late challenge caught a Brujas KV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urban Ahlberg helped the player get up and apologised. 89 minutes into the match, Gunnarsbyn's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Rufio came free, but Sören Termander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th minute, Arnaldo Rufio made a precise shot to the right of Sören Termander. Gunnarsbyn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. When the referee ended the match the Brujas KV players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
