But to his dismay, Carlos Tevez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 25th minute Agustín Preciado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dušan Vlahović in the 28th minute of the match. Dušan Vlahović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santiago Gau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute KaoS Futbol Club were awarded a corner. Agustín Preciado went to the cornerflag to take it. Agustín Preciado made a great header on KaoS Futbol Club's corner, it was just that Mainumby's Santiago Gau managed to reach the ball for a save. 36 minutes into the game, Lisandro Martínez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KaoS Futbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mainumby the free kick. After a rather tough play, KaoS Futbol Club's Lisandro Martínez got a free kick in the 36th minute. Adan Perfecto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gerardo Oinatz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 41 minute of play. Dušan Vlahović blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santiago Gau having to make a save. 44 minutes into the match, Dušan Vlahović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santiago Gau. Mainumby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dušan Vlahović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Gerardo Oinatz made the kick off in the second half. Adan Perfecto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Omero in the 54th minute of the match. Santiago Gau was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Miguel Merentiel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Miguel Merentiel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Dušan Vlahović succeeded in the game's 62nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-4. When Dušan Vlahović came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the KaoS Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dušan Vlahović couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Mainumby's Santiago Gau got control of the ball when Agustín Preciado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santiago Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dušan Vlahović in the 72nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, KaoS Futbol Club's Santiago Gau threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dušan Vlahović, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
