With a little luck, MICE F.C.'s Filippos Serametakis got control of the ball when Anderson Velloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Furlan in the 13th minute of play forced MICE F.C.'s goalkeeper Filippos Serametakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, MICE F.C.'s Chatziioannou Theofilakis got a free kick in the 15th minute. If Easton Krasakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anderson Velloso got free with Filippos Serametakis in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celsinho Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chatziioannou Theofilakis in the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, MICE F.C.'s Christos Koumis got a free kick in the 27th minute. Filippos Serametakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jano Proença in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to MICE F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Petros Labiris hit a great ball. After some careless play in the MICE F.C. defense, Luiz Gustavo Braga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filippos Serametakis. The MICE F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filippos Serametakis should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in MICE F.C.'s zone, Anderson Velloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filippos Serametakis came out of the goal and Anderson Velloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chatziioannou Theofilakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Anderson Velloso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filippos Serametakis. MICE F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anderson Velloso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Anderson Velloso charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anderson Velloso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of MICE F.C. booed when AFC - Curitiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anderson Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Chatziioannou Theofilakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MICE F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luiz Gustavo Braga was the one to do the kick off. Kosmas Spyrakis hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostas Nikoloudis in the 55th minute of play forced AFC - Curitiba's goalkeeper Celsinho Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celsinho Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Easton Krasakis in the 56th minute of play. MICE F.C.'s Filippos Serametakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Gustavo Braga in the 58th minute of play. AFC - Curitiba's Nico Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Allan Furlan kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. AFC - Curitiba's Celsinho Vander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Easton Krasakis in the 69th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Anderson Velloso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Filippos Serametakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as MICE F.C.'s Chatziantoniou Masouras slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celsinho Vander. That made the score 3-3 after 81 minutes of play. AFC - Curitiba's Celsinho Vander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziioannou Theofilakis in the 84th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Celsinho Vander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Filippos Serametakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Velloso in the 94th minute of the match. The MICE F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
