Serafin Igon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Manuel Hibai made a huge save. Manuel Hibai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafin Igon in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Pablo Rufio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manuel Hibai. Club Atlethico Talleres's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pablo Rufio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Franco Mastantuono kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Piquirenda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafin Igon to maneuver through the defense. Serafin Igon struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Manuel Hibai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piquirenda FC. Manuel Hibai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Igon, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Pablo Rufio scored 3-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Hibai, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bartolo Amato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Galindo in the 37th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Piquirenda FC's Pablo Rufio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Hibai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. With a little luck, Club Atlethico Talleres's Manuel Hibai got control of the ball when Pablo Rufio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felipe Galindo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pablo Rufio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Manuel Hibai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute Pablo Rufio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Hibai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes of play, Piquirenda FC's Pablo Rufio made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Hibai was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Rufio in the 66th minute of play forced Club Atlethico Talleres's goalkeeper Manuel Hibai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Guillermo Lesardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute of the match Franco Mastantuono shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Hibai showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 74th match minute, Piquirenda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Mastantuono to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Franco Mastantuono ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Hibai was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Galindo in the 81st minute of play forced Piquirenda FC's goalkeeper Bartolo Amato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes, Paulino Gonzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlethico Talleres and the Piquirenda FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Robustiano Aznaro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Manuel Hibai. Club Atlethico Talleres's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Club Atlethico Talleres's Manuel Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Mastantuono in the 84th minute of play.
