Spectators: 7464 (Terracing: 5599, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pedro Luiz Souto made the kick off which started today's match. Betinho de Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Rômulo Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teodoro Varela fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s protests and gave Teodoro Varela a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Teodoro Varela hit a great ball. Ricardo Santos's late challenge caught a TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardo Santos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute, Ricardo Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Pedro Luiz Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edinho Carvalho hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Egídio Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rômulo Camargo having to interfere. After 23 played minutes TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Nando das Neves. 26 minutes into the game, Betinho de Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barra EC the free kick. The supporters of Barra EC booed when TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betinho de Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barra EC's Dito Vander got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nando Breckenfeld hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Fernandinho Alves might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orlando Paraíba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fernandinho Alves ran back to his position shaking his head. Nando Breckenfeld charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nando Breckenfeld the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd match minute, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nando Breckenfeld to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Barra EC's Fernandinho Alves broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Egídio Vaz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rômulo Camargo came out and tried to block the shot, but Egídio Vaz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 39th minute. Orlando Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Souto in the 43rd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luiz Souto came free, but Orlando Paraíba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute of the match Barra EC got a corner. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fernandinho Alves ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Barra EC's Fernandinho Alves to fire away a dangerous shot which Orlando Paraíba despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egídio Vaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Orlando Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Gomes in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Pedro Luiz Souto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Orlando Paraíba. Orlando Paraíba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rômulo Camargo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilton Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 minutes of play TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s Teodoro Varela was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Barra EC's Henrique Gomes shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 65th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Orlando Paraíba but with some difficulty. Rômulo Camargo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio Vaz in the 67th minute of play. Dudu Rocha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Orlando Paraíba having to make a save. If Dudu Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the game, Dito Vander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Orlando Paraíba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 79 minutes into the game, Barra EC's Dito Vander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orlando Paraíba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Pedro Luiz Souto let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 85th minute shot 2-4 at rihgt post. 90 minutes into the match, Pedro Luiz Souto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orlando Paraíba. TOCO Y ME VOY F.C. -DMZ-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pedro Luiz Souto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Orlando Paraíba made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Pedro Luiz Souto sent off a good shot on target. The Barra EC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Barra EC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
