Ashley Knight-Percival could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Vicente Lara made a huge save. In the 7th minute Rio Fuller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rio Fuller in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th match minute, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Pires to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalkeeper Vicente Lara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ashley Knight-Percival. Henry Warne made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Dedê Massa. Vicente Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cliff Gordon, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cliff Gordon in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Lara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vicente Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rio Fuller in the 27th minute of play. After 27 minutes of play, Parma Wanderers's Rio Fuller made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Lara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vicente Lara was a little too slow when Charlie Monk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-0. After a rather tough play, Parma Wanderers's Andrea Strano got a free kick in the 34th minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Cliff Gordon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parma Wanderers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cliff Gordon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Johnnie Walker's late challenge caught a TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johnnie Walker helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Parma Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johnnie Walker to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute, Allan Guerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TRICOSHOW F.CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dieguinho Massa to make the kick off. Johnnie Walker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Lara having to interfere. In the 56th match minute, Parma Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kirk Perkins to maneuver through the defense. Parma Wanderers's Dan Elwick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Parma Wanderers from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnnie Walker in the 59th minute of play forced TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalkeeper Vicente Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Parma Wanderers's Dan Elwick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Parma Wanderers from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ashley Knight-Percival in the 64th minute of play forced TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalkeeper Vicente Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Cliff Gordon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Parma Wanderers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Nelsinho Xavier hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Vicente Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ashley Knight-Percival, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Pires charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Pires the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes TRICOSHOW F.CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Pires. 77 minutes into the game, Rio Fuller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Vicente Lara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the match, Parma Wanderers's Charlie Monk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vicente Lara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Charlie Monk put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Vicente Lara. After 92 minutes, Rio Fuller made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Vicente Lara tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 97 minutes into the match, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Ashley Knight-Percival came free, but Vicente Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
