Rey Cerezuela had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Viktor Kopernický's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Viktor Kopernický took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rey Cerezuela. Rey Cerezuela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Rey Cerezuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomáš Gál, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Richard Dzuba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Rey Cerezuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jimmy Cimas might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michal Praženica. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimmy Cimas ran back to his position shaking his head. Checa Lloreda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Michal Praženica made a huge save. 38 minutes into the game, FC DAC 1904's Branislav Kubičko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rey Cerezuela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. A collision led to FC DAC 1904 getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Tomáš Gál hit a great ball. Rey Cerezuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Mičian, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half FC DAC 1904 were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, UD ZAS's Rey Cerezuela got control of the ball when Michal Mičian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jimmy Cimas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 75 minutes, Texeira Magdalena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD ZAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Texeira Magdalena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Richard Dzuba during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Richard Dzuba kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Tomáš Gál ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rey Cerezuela was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. 87 minutes into the match, UD ZAS's goalkeeper Rey Cerezuela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michal Mičian. 89 minutes into the match, Richard Dzuba notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of UD ZAS's Rey Cerezuela. Rey Cerezuela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. UD ZAS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Tomáš Gál scored to the left of an out of position Rey Cerezuela, making the score, 0-8. FC DAC 1904's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
