The audience was convinced that Cliff Gordon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alisdair Ferries was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 15thth minute of the game Ashley Knight-Percival who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lord of the Wings's Alisdair Ferries was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Parma Wanderers's zone, Tam Clerk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dan Elwick came out of the goal and Tam Clerk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Cliff Gordon made the kick off in the second half. Dan Elwick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tam Clerk in the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes in the game Henry Warne did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ashley Knight-Percival. Ashley Knight-Percival could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Alisdair Ferries made a huge save. In the 61st minute, Ashley Knight-Percival got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Lord of the Wings getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Edmond Mason hit a great ball. In the 64th minute of the match Kirk Perkins sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alisdair Ferries skillfully saved the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Doroteo Bernal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Parma Wanderers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lord of the Wings the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Parma Wanderers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! In the 81st minute, Peter Moore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lord of the Wings's attentive Terry Gillespie managed to snatch the ball when Henry Warne made a throw-in in the 83rd minute of the game. Dan Elwick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tam Clerk, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Parma Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Tam Clerk came free, but Dan Elwick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Lord of the Wings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Finlay Falconer to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Tam Clerk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
