In the 6th minute Francisco de Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisdair Ferries saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tam Clerk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Lara having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's goalkeeper Vicente Lara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tam Clerk. Tam Clerk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Vicente Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco de Carvalho scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alisdair Ferries, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hudson Chaves hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Alisdair Ferries took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tam Clerk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Vicente Lara skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Afonsinho Duarte kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 37 minutes of play, TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Francisco de Carvalho made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alisdair Ferries was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 39 played minutes Lord of the Wings got a freekick which was hit by Fergus Clement. Alisdair Ferries showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Mauro Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauro Abreu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Fergus Malcolm put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Lord of the Wings:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TRICOSHOW F.CLUB:s goal. Lord of the Wings:s Alisdair Ferries showed great skill when he stopped Nelsinho Xavier:s penalty. The Lord of the Wings players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dieguinho Massa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alisdair Ferries showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Pires, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Vicente Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Falconer in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Pires in the 60th minute of play forced Lord of the Wings's goalkeeper Alisdair Ferries to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Finlay Falconer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Lara was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Peter Moore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicente Lara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Alisdair Ferries showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emerson Viana in the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Lord of the Wings's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Allan Guerra fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the TRICOSHOW F.CLUB defense, Finlay Falconer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Lara. The TRICOSHOW F.CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Lara should have stopped the shot. Troy McLewis hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco de Carvalho in the 85th minute of play forced Lord of the Wings's goalkeeper Alisdair Ferries to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dieguinho Massa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alisdair Ferries firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lord of the Wings's Fergus Clement quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Emerson Viana, made in the 91st minute of the game. The supporters of TRICOSHOW F.CLUB booed when Lord of the Wings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Finlay Falconer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The TRICOSHOW F.CLUB players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
