Spectators: 7520 (Terracing: 5641, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Tam Clerk started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The crowd rose to their feet as Danny Hallam kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alisdair Ferries. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, Lord of the Wings's Tam Clerk made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. John-Paul Faulkner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rio Fuller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alisdair Ferries having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cliff Gordon in the 20th minute of play forced Lord of the Wings's goalkeeper Alisdair Ferries to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Parma Wanderers's Kirk Perkins got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After having played for 23 minutes, Edmond Mason managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lord of the Wings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmond Mason was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tam Clerk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Lord of the Wings getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Troy McLewis hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Parma Wanderers's Danny Hallam ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alisdair Ferries. Alisdair Ferries yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 36th minute, Edmond Mason hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Cliff Gordon sped through Lord of the Wings's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alisdair Ferries. Finlay Falconer hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Parma Wanderers's Edmondo Pan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Edmondo Pan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Parma Wanderers protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Edmondo Pan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Edmond Mason blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without John-Paul Faulkner having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rio Fuller to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Finlay Falconer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute of the match Lord of the Wings got a corner. Parma Wanderers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmond Mason ran over to the corner to take the kick. Parma Wanderers's Rio Fuller got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alisdair Ferries took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danny Hallam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Lord of the Wings booed when Parma Wanderers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kirk Perkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lord of the Wings's Edmond Mason shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 72nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by John-Paul Faulkner but with some difficulty. Edmond Mason kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's goal looked a bit too open when Rio Fuller came free, but Alisdair Ferries reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Parma Wanderers's Rio Fuller got a free kick in the 79th minute. Parma Wanderers's John-Paul Faulkner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Parma Wanderers from getting a goal against them. After 83 played minutes Lord of the Wings got a freekick which was hit by Edmond Mason. John-Paul Faulkner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finlay Falconer in the 87th minute of the match. If Tam Clerk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st match minute, Parma Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charlie Monk to maneuver through the defense. Finlay Falconer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but John-Paul Faulkner made a huge save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Parma Wanderers fully deserved thier win.
