The Minotauro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giovanni de Toledo should have stopped the shot. 10 minutes into the match, Ernesto Damião had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benigno Bernaldo. San Pablo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernesto Damião was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 16th minute Juan Jimenez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Benigno Bernaldo managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Minotauro's Ernesto Damião fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by 沈翔崇 in the 25th minute of play forced Minotauro's goalkeeper Giovanni de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giovanni de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 沈翔崇 in the 28th minute of play. After 31 minutes, Juan Jimenez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Pablo FC and the Minotauro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, San Pablo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Jimenez to maneuver through the defense. Benigno Bernaldo came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Minotauro's Ernesto Damião. But to his dismay, Ernesto Damião quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Severino Guerra kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 沈翔崇 might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giovanni de Toledo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 沈翔崇 ran back to his position shaking his head. Giovanni de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 沈翔崇, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 沈翔崇 in the 40th minute of play forced Minotauro's goalkeeper Giovanni de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 沈翔崇 scored 2-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giovanni de Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Minotauro made a substitution. Paulinho Santos replaced Romeu Sousa. In the 49th match minute, Minotauro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Guerra to maneuver through the defense. Minotauro's Giovanni de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 沈翔崇 in the 50th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernesto Damião was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the game, 沈翔崇 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Giovanni de Toledo. 沈翔崇 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. A hard shot 60 in the game by 沈翔崇 from a close distance when the talented Giovanni de Toledo managed to make a qualified save. Minotauro's players were relieved. 61 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goalkeeper Giovanni de Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 沈翔崇. Giovanni de Toledo made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when 沈翔崇 sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Minotauro's Giovanni de Toledo got control of the ball when 沈翔崇 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Giovanni de Toledo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 沈翔崇's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. A collision led to San Pablo FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Gerardo Lia hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the game Olo Buendia made a throw-in which Juan Jimenez played forward. 沈翔崇 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Giovanni de Toledo having to make a save. In the 85th match minute, Minotauro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goalkeeper Giovanni de Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 沈翔崇. In the 91st minute, San Pablo FC's 沈翔崇 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. 97 minutes into the game, San Pablo FC's 沈翔崇 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovanni de Toledo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. When the match was over San Pablo FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Minotauro throughout the match.
