Ismael de Queiroz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Renato de Azevedo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Jan Zorge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naldo Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Jan Zorge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vito Furlan in the 23rd minute. In the 28th minute, Edgar Degas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 34 minutes, Nilmar de Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pragmáticos 1903 and the The Skates players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of The Skates booed when Pragmáticos 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilmar de Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Ödmann was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 35th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a little luck, The Skates's Jan Zorge got control of the ball when Vito Furlan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jan Zorge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lefter-Can-Gökdeniz Von Euler-Chelpin in the 42nd minute. The Skates's Jan Zorge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save The Skates from getting a goal against them. 45 minutes into the match, Pragmáticos 1903's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Sävström came free, but Ismael de Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, The Skates's Björn Sävström made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael de Queiroz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lefter-Can-Gökdeniz Von Euler-Chelpin to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes The Skates got a freekick which was hit by Harry Larsson. A collision led to Pragmáticos 1903 getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Luizinho Zonta hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Degas in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael de Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jan Zorge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lefter-Can-Gökdeniz Von Euler-Chelpin, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Luizinho Zonta charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luizinho Zonta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan Zorge came out of the goal and Lefter-Can-Gökdeniz Von Euler-Chelpin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Pragmáticos 1903's Ismael de Queiroz got control of the ball when Edgar Degas tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded The Skates left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pragmáticos 1903.
