In the 25th match minute, Until Five was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerônimo Paraibano to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Until Five getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Gabriel Cosme hit a great ball. Benjamim Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Hellgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens-Åke Bank showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Meira made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Surahammar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Igor Leme fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 52 played minutes Surahammar got a freekick which was hit by Alf Lindmark. Jens-Åke Bank didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. Jens-Åke Bank made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Meira in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Igor Leme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jens-Åke Bank was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Jens-Åke Bank showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 77th minute, Markus Bergsten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute, Until Five's Frank Meira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jens-Åke Bank. Jens-Åke Bank yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-7. After 86 minutes of play, Until Five's Frank Meira made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Åke Bank was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the game, Until Five's Frank Meira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Åke Bank made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-9. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Leme got free with Jens-Åke Bank in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
