Gustavo Brasil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ole-Einar Opsahl's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 15th match minute, Sagene IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Skjelbred to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st match minute, Sagene IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ole-Einar Opsahl to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Bruninho Trevisan came free, but Olav Westad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Runar Nyvoll managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sagene IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Runar Nyvoll was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Brasil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruninho Trevisan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Runar Nyvoll charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Runar Nyvoll the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sagene IF's Runar Nyvoll got a free kick in the 26th minute. Gustavo Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ole-Einar Opsahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When Bruninho Trevisan fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belotaurus FC's protests and gave Bruninho Trevisan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Runar Nyvoll ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Brasil was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1.

Belotaurus FC's Aloísio Vianna suffered a sore foot after 56 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Belotaurus FC made a substitution. Carlos Alberto Arce replaced Aloísio Vianna. After 58 played minutes Sagene IF got a freekick which was hit by Julian Skjelbred. Olav Westad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruninho Trevisan in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Neves came free, but Olav Westad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thorbjørn Sandøy kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Olav Westad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruninho Trevisan, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Carl Løvlien was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sagene IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belotaurus FC the free kick. Carl Løvlien kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. When Belotaurus FC's Carlos Alberto Arce in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sagene IF's goalie prevented a goal. Enéas Cunha made in the 75th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lucas Botelho immediately put the ball in play. Ole-Einar Opsahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Olav Westad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Arce in the 96th minute of the match.
