Spectators: 7469 (Terracing: 5603, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) Rune Le made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Aloísio Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belotaurus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aloísio Vianna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olav Westad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Belotaurus FC's Adriano Neves in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sagene IF's goalie prevented a goal. Rune Le sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rune Les short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Gustavo Brasil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rune Le could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Gustavo Brasil made a huge save. Bruninho Trevisan hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Olav Westad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aloísio Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olav Westad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Neves in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Belotaurus FC's Bruninho Trevisan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olav Westad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olav Westad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Neves in the 39th minute of play. Rune Le blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Brasil having to make a save. Gustavo Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Le, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Chiquinho Linares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adriano Neves made a kick off. Adriano Neves came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Olav Westad could save by the left post. 54 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Bruninho Trevisan came free, but Olav Westad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sagene IF's Olav Westad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Sagene IF from getting a goal against them. After 62 played minutes Adriano Neves scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Olav Westad who was too lazy, 1-2. 65 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's Rune Le sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustavo Brasil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aloísio Vianna charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aloísio Vianna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Le in the 70th minute of play forced Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olav Westad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Botelho in the 73rd minute of the match. Adriano Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The nice shot from Adriano Neves in the 76thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Olav Westad had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Ole-Einar Opsahl's late challenge caught a Belotaurus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ole-Einar Opsahl helped the player get up and apologised. After 77 played minutes Sagene IF got a freekick which was hit by Ole-Einar Opsahl. The throw-in from Edmílson de Brito in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sagene IF's Carl Løvlien. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rune Le in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Brasil saved Belotaurus FC from getting behind. After 84 minutes of play, Belotaurus FC's Bruninho Trevisan made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olav Westad was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Belotaurus FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Bruninho Trevisan hit a great ball. Aloísio Vianna kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Olav Westad made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Adriano Neves sent off a good shot on target. The Belotaurus FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Belotaurus FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
