Jimeno Dalmu in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gustavo Unai, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to BURITIS FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Agostinho Carneiro hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, BURITIS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Dalmu came free, but Gustavo Unai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, BURITIS FC's Gustavo Unai got control of the ball when Abelardo Mambru tried to sneak it across the goal line. AL TOKE FC were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after BURITIS FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jimeno Dalmu took the corner. The corner led AL TOKE FC's Jimeno Dalmu to fire away a dangerous shot which Gustavo Unai despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gustavo Unai made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Abelardo Mambru sent off a good shot on target. Vito da Mata's late challenge caught a AL TOKE FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vito da Mata helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes BURITIS FC got a freekick which was hit by Vito da Mata. Gustavo Unai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Seguinus, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Vito da Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albano Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito da Mata in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, BURITIS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Lopes to maneuver through the defense. If Jimeno Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Unai made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Abelardo Mambru sent off a good shot on target. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adolfo Ariando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gustavo Unai came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by AL TOKE FC's Adolfo Ariando. But to his dismay, Adolfo Ariando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of AL TOKE FC booed when BURITIS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vito da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Agostinho Carneiro fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BURITIS FC's protests and gave Agostinho Carneiro a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 63 minutes, Adolfo Ariando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AL TOKE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Ariando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abelardo Mambru hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Joel Pombal hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Gustavo Unai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Ariando in the 69th minute of play. Ladislao Quintan's late challenge caught a BURITIS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ladislao Quintan helped the player get up and apologised. Ladislao Quintan hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, AL TOKE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vito da Mata came free, but Albano Betadur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vito da Mata in the 74th minute of play. Gustavo Unai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Ariando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustavo Unai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Dalmu, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Albano Betadur was a little too slow when Vito da Mata got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 1-2. BURITIS FC's Joel Pombal shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 87th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Albano Betadur but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, AL TOKE FC's Jimeno Dalmu got a free kick in the 88th minute. Gustavo Unai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Mambru in the 92nd minute of the match. After 93 minutes BURITIS FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jimeno Dalmu who took care of the corner kick. The AL TOKE FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing BURITIS FC to win.
