Fiume Veneto's Demetrio Giorgi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Velasco in the 4th minute of play. Demetrio Giorgi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan Sena in the 9th minute of the match. When Emilio Esposito fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fiume Veneto's protests and gave Emilio Esposito a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Leopoldo Velasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samurai Champions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Fiume Veneto booed when Samurai Champions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilio Esposito was shown his second yellow card after 19 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Fiume Veneto getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Emilio Esposito hit a great ball. Anfilogino Cassone's late challenge caught a Samurai Champions FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anfilogino Cassone helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Samurai Champions FC booed when Fiume Veneto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anfilogino Cassone didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Renan Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the game, Samurai Champions FC's Leopoldo Velasco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demetrio Giorgi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Camillo Malatesta hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Renan Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demetrio Giorgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Fiume Veneto's Anfilogino Cassone got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. The referee ordered Anfilogino Cassone off the ground. In the 54th minute, Anfilogino Cassone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Fiume Veneto's zone, João Augusto Luz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demetrio Giorgi came out of the goal and João Augusto Luz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Fiume Veneto's Demetrio Giorgi got control of the ball when Renan Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camillo Malatesta during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The throw-in from João Pedro da Mata in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fiume Veneto's Federico Fanfarone. Bernardo Moreschi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexsandro Netto having to interfere. After 88 minutes of play, Samurai Champions FC's Renan Sena made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demetrio Giorgi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jeferson Amaral struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Demetrio Giorgi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samurai Champions FC. With an all-out effort, Samurai Champions FC's Demetrio Giorgi threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jeferson Amaral, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Samurai Champions FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
