Spectators: 7499 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cornel Chiriloaie started the match with the kick off. Ronan Marler came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by LIVERPOOL FC's Horea Mititelu. But to his dismay, Horea Mititelu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Real Death Ducks's zone, Horea Mititelu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronan Marler came out of the goal and Horea Mititelu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. LIVERPOOL FC's Dorel Bunescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marty Holden in the 9th minute of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Lawrence Banks who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LIVERPOOL FC's Dorel Bunescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Real Death Ducks getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Lawrence Banks hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the game, John Hassell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Death Ducks's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LIVERPOOL FC the free kick. The supporters of LIVERPOOL FC booed when Real Death Ducks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Hassell didn't get a good kick on the ball. LIVERPOOL FC's Remus Papaiani got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Real Death Ducks's Ronan Marler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Mititelu in the 23rd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Horea Mititelu made a precise shot to the right of Ronan Marler. Real Death Ducks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Ronan Marler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horea Mititelu in the 34th minute of play. When Horea Mititelu came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the LIVERPOOL FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horea Mititelu couldn't finish the play. Cornel Chiriloaie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Ronan Marler made a huge save. In the 41st minute, Horea Mititelu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ronan Marler. The goal made the score 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lawrence Banks to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Cornel Chiriloaie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Ronan Marler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ronan Marler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornel Chiriloaie, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Martin Buteanu took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronan Marler. Ronan Marler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 67th minute Martin Buteanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronan Marler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes of play Real Death Ducks's John Hassell was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 73rd minute, Cornel Chiriloaie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronan Marler was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Real Death Ducks's Ronan Marler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Buteanu in the 77th minute of play. Martin Buteanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronan Marler having to make a save. Ronan Marler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Buteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cornel Chiriloaie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. LIVERPOOL FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Real Death Ducks for a fine match.
